Exeter Environmental Consulting Services provides a comprehensive service for all aspects of remediation and redevelopment of brown field sites for both large and small developers. We specialise in former filling stations, engineering works and industrial processing although any past usage can be investigated.

Our approach complies with Environment Agency guidelines in support of the Environmental Protection Act (1990), Part IIA, and the relevant Town and Country Planning requirements. Current guidance is based on the Contaminated Land Exposure Assessment (CLEA) model which is being continuously updated and supported by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, the Environment Agency, and the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency.
